1. to identify the teachers’ perception on 21st century teaching-learning skills
2. to identify the challenges faced by teachers in conducting 21st century skills
3. to identify the fit or appropriate level of students to apply 21st century skills

1. What is the best skills in 21st century learning skills to be applied for the L2 low proficiency students when learning english?
2. Does 21st century learning prevent students from being balanced-characteristics student?
